Meredith A. Pinson

Meredith’s practice focuses on employment-related matters from the management side, including matters involving Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA). Meredith also has experience in handling matters arising under the Fair Housing Act.

Additionally, Meredith counsels employers regarding employment agreements, handbooks and policies, separation agreements, severance packages, employee discipline and terminations, and compliance with federal and state employment laws.

Meredith also assists buyers and sellers, including private equity funds, with employment matters related to an array of corporate transactions.

Meredith was a member of the Student Bar Association at Wake Forest University School of Law in 2009.
