Meredith J. Beuchaw counsels corporate and private equity clients with respect to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, joint ventures and other matters in a broad range of industries.

Meredith has significant experience representing private equity portfolio companies with respect to ownership transition issues, exit preparations, and day-to-day inquiries, and her experience includes serving as interim general counsel to a private equity client, in which role she provided legal and strategic advice to the fund advisor, its managed funds, and their portfolio companies.
