Ms. Roper is Counsel in the Atlanta Office and a member of the Business Litigation practice group. Ms. Roper’s practice focuses on consumer litigation under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and related laws. She is also experienced in a wide variety of litigation and other matters, including securities and consumer class actions as well as corporate governance issues. Ms. Roper began her legal career working at the Staff Attorney’s Office for the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. After a three year clerkship, Ms. Roper worked at a small boutique law firm for twelve years focusing on complex civil litigation.
