Mike Titera is an associate in the Orange County office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He currently practices with the firm’s Corporate Department. His practice is focused on securities regulation and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. Mr. Titera has also represented clients in investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

Mr. Titera’s clients range from global corporations to middle market companies and include a number of private equity firms and their portfolio companies. His clients include retail, hospitality, financial services, healthcare and technology companies.

Mr. Titera earned his law degree in 2009 from the UCLA, School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in Accountancy from Brigham Young University in 2006.

Mr. Titera is admitted to practice law in the State of California and the District of Columbia.
