Michael Eisenberg is a partner in Holland & Knight's New York office. His practice focuses on all stages of patent litigation – from discovery to Markman, summary judgment, trial and appeal – with a specific emphasis on major patent negotiations and transactions.

Mr. Eisenberg has handled a range of patent-related matters, including those involving intellectual property (IP) rights, due diligence, IP strategy and counseling, and post-grant Patent Office proceedings. In addition, he has managed worldwide patent portfolios and appeared before courts across the nation as well as the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Eisenberg served as a clerk to the Honorable Timothy Dyk of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
