Michael D. Beck

Michael Beck concentrates his real estate practice in the areas of joint ventures, finance and leasing. He represents various types of equity participants in partnership transactions; both lenders and borrowers in finance transactions; and landlords and tenants in office, retail and ground leasing matters. Mr. Beck also has significant experience in the acquisition and sale of property and extensive experience in real estate workouts.

Prior to becoming chairman of the firm, Mr. Beck was the managing partner of the New York office following his tenure as national chair of the real estate department.
