Michael D. Bess is a Senior Counsel in the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Bess’s practice includes appellate advocacy and motion practice in complex commercial litigation.

Mr. Bess is a motion and brief specialist, appellate advocate, and strategic counselor for sophisticated clients. His trial work includes briefing dispositive motions, discovery motions, Daubert submissions, and jury instructions in a wide variety of fields, including securities class actions, consumer fraud class actions, and product liability suits. At the appellate level, he has argued appeals and drafted briefs in various courts.
