His corporate practice involves entity structuring for start-up companies, joint ventures, and investment funds, including complex limited liability company and limited partnership agreements; assisting both companies and investors in venture capital financings and private equity investments; and representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, including cross-border and international transactions. online advertising agreements, privacy policies, terms of service, website development agreements, hosting agreements and e-commerce fulfillment agreements; and
trademark licenses, merchandising agreements, manufacturing and supply arrangements, distribution agreements and endorsement/sponsorship agreements for a wide variety of industries, including, food and beverage, sports equipment, apparel and consumer product companies.
Prior to his legal practice, Michael founded and managed a website and multimedia design company focused on the development of e-commerce and SaaS Internet applications.
