Michael F. Gallagher is a commercial litigator whose practice is concentrated in fraud investigation and litigation, insurance related litigation and risk management.

A former Assistant District Attorney of Westchester County, New York, Michael has extensive experience handling complex international and domestic litigation both at the trial and appellate level before courts in a variety of jurisdictions and in arbitrations before the American Arbitration Association and the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce.

With respect to his insurance and risk management practice, Michael has experience in large, complex coverage and defense litigations for both insurers and policyholders. These matters have involved business and contingent business interruption claims, directors' and officers' liability, airline liability and technology claims. He has also handled other types of litigation related to the insurance industry, including broker disputes, broker errors and omissions (E&O) claims, broker employment contract disputes and disputes between insurance companies and their regulators. He also regularly reviews clients' insurance policies in order to make sure businesses are receiving appropriate comprehensive coverage.
