Mike Morgan represents global companies in complex litigation, government investigations, and prelitigation counseling. His practice focuses on privacy, data protection, cybersecurity, consumer data, and defense of class actions. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Mike's accomplishments include the successful defense of class actions for a major consumer reporting agency, obtaining a complete dismissal of a false advertising class action against ConsumerInfo.com, successfully defending Tom Cruise in a high-profile breach of contract action, and representing Lehman Brothers in securities fraud cases arising out of the Enron bankruptcy.

Mike is a seasoned trial lawyer who has first-chaired numerous jury and bench trials. He has litigated matters across the U.S., has supervised all phases of litigation, and has settled scores of cases through mediation and other forms of ADR.

Mike currently serves on the Board and Executive Committee of the Los Angeles Community College Foundation.
