Mr. Crosnicker focuses his practice on bankruptcy litigation, debtors’ and creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. His bankruptcy practice involves the representation of debtors and secured and unsecured creditors. Mr. Crosnicker regularly represents clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including disputes involving executory contracts and unexpired leases, the automatic stay, and claims objections. He also regularly defends clients in preference and fraudulent transfer litigation. Mr. Crosnicker also represents clients in a wide array of commercial litigation matters in both state and federal court.
