Michael J. Minahan



Michael Minahan is a partner in the firm’s Technology Companies and Life Sciences Group and a member of the firm’s interdisciplinary practice focused on alternative energy and clean technologies. Mr. Minahan’s practice includes the representation of companies and investment banks in public offerings and other significant corporate transactions. He also advises public companies, including BioAmber, Control4 and TripAdvisor, on corporate governance matters, SEC reporting and securities market compliance.

Mr. Minahan has experience in a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, shelf offerings, PIPEs and other private placements. He has represented investment banks, including Goldman Sachs and J.P. Morgan Securities, and a variety of corporate clients, including BioAmber, BladeLogic, Control4 and Insulet Corporation, in public equity offerings.
