Mike Solecki advises a diverse range of companies and financial institutions on corporate finance and corporate governance matters. His corporate finance practice includes public and private equity and debt offerings and restructurings, including Rule 144A offerings, tender offers, and exchange offers. He also regularly advises public companies on corporate governance, securities laws, stock exchange rules and regulations, and periodic reporting responsibilities.

Some of the companies Mike has recently worked with include American Greetings, Athersys, Community Choice Financial, Cintas, Cliffs Natural Resources, ConAgra Foods, CTS, DDR, Diebold, Ferro, FirstMerit, Harsco, iBiquity Digital, Lincoln Electric, Marathon Petroleum, Molycorp, Olympic Steel, OMNOVA Solutions, Park-Ohio, PolyOne, Sherwin-Williams, and The Timken Company. He also has represented financial institutions including Jefferies & Company and KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Mike serves on the board of directors of the West Side Catholic Center.
