Mike is actively involved in several complex securities class action and shareholder derivative cases, as well as several ERISA class action cases. He has authored numerous motions in connection with matters pending before various United States district courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, and the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation. Mike is currently representing the Chief Financial Officer of a China-based, NASDAQ-listed company in a U.S. litigation and regulatory enforcement proceedings. Mike also maintains an active pro bono practice. He drafted and filed a successful amicus brief in the Supreme Court of Missouri defending the rights of child victims of parental abuse, and successfully obtained full US citizenship for a victim of spousal abuse.
