I am a corporate counsel at Amazon.com working on a variety of trademark, copyright and domain projects. My work primarily involves trademark and copyright counseling, portfolio maintenance and management, enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, and branding. More specifically, I am involved in the direct management of clearance, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement of Amazon's trademark portfolio, client counseling, licensing, merger and acquisition activities, developing and implementing trademark policies, and educating and coaching the business on use of trademarks and copyrights.

I am a member of the International Trademark Association’s Enforcement Committee and a former Executive Committee member of the New York State Bar Association Intellectual Property Section.
