Michael L. Lehr spent the first 11 years of his legal career as a trial lawyer, including five years as a federal prosecutor with the Watergate Special Prosecution Force and the U.S. Attorneys Office in Washington, D.C. Since late 1984, Michael has worked as a transactional attorney, focusing his practice on the structuring and execution of complex securitizations and real estate financings, usually involving tax exempt obligations.
