Mr. Urschel represents financial institutions, sponsors, borrowers and specialty lenders in a wide variety of secured and unsecured lending and debt capital markets transactions, with a focus on specialty finance, private equity acquisition finance and asset securitization, including operating asset securitizations and other innovative lending transactions in the restaurant, retail, real estate, telecommunications and media sectors.
