Michael Lee is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group with a primary focus on complex patent litigation. His experience encompasses numerous technologies, including wired and wireless telecommunications, LEDs, payment systems, database and content delivery systems, speech coding, and internet software. In addition to his litigation experience, Michael has also advised his clients in various IP transaction matters pertaining to open source software, copyrights to musical compositions, and corporate trademarks.
Michael received his law degree from Cornell Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy. He received his undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.
