Michael M. Sapoznikow

Michael Sapoznikow is a counsel in O’Melveny's San Francisco office and a member of the Intellectual Property and Technology Practice within the Litigation Department. Michael is also a member of the Electronic Discovery and Document Retention Group. Michael has managed patent, copyright, and trade secrets litigation matters, on both the plaintiffs’ and defendants’ sides. He has handled all aspects of cases including court hearings, drafting briefs, taking depositions, mediation/settlement negotiations, and managing discovery. Michael has particular experience in cases involving semiconductor design and fabrication; telecommunications and networking equipment; and software.
