Michael P. Manning has wide-ranging experience in real estate and complex commercial litigation.

He also represents financial institutions and broker-dealers in arbitrations before the New York Stock Exchange and the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. Additionally, he has experience representing nationally-recognized institutional lenders in contested commercial mortgage foreclosures, distressed loan workouts, restructures, creditors' rights and insolvency issues.

In 2007, Michael became one of the first attorneys in New York to be certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design(LEED®) Accredited Professional.
