Michael R. Cedillos

Michael R. Cedillos focuses her practice on commercial litigation, business disputes, trade secrets litigation, banking litigation involving negotiable instruments under the Uniform Commercial Code and loan participations, and bankruptcy litigation. In addition, Michael represents brokerage firms and their management in various customer-initiated FINRA arbitration proceedings. As part of her national practice in state and federal courts, Michael also regularly represents developers, lenders and retailers in real estate and real estate financing litigation.

Prior to joining the firm, Michael clerked for the Honorable Noël Anketell Kramer of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
