Mr. Tenerelli is a partner in Dorsey & Whitney’s Litigation Group, Southern California, where his practice focuses on a wide range of commercial and real estate related disputes.

Mr. Tenerelli represents developers, institutional lenders, general contractors and other businesses in complex business and construction disputes. In addition, he has extensive experience in representing both landlords and tenants in all types of lease disputes related to commercial and retail leases.

Mr. Tenerelli has an active trial and appellate practice, including numerous arbitrations. His practice focuses on trial work in Southern California federal and state courts. Mr. Tenerelli also handles commercial disputes relating to breach of partnership agreements, fiduciary duty, and misappropriation of funds, including dissolution.

Mr. Tenerelli is admitted to practice before all the courts in the State of California. He has also been a speaker on various real estate topics.

Mr. Tenerelli is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the Los Angeles and Orange County Bar Associations, Litigation Section. In addition, he is a member of the Association of Business Trial lawyers. Prior to joining Dorsey, Mr. Tenerelli was one of the founding partners of Dubia, Erickson & Tenerelli, LLP, a litigation boutique in Orange County where he practiced for 18 years.

His areas of focus include real estate litigation, business litigation, construction litigation, banking and financial services litigation.
