Michael DeVincenzo is a partner in Goodwin Procter's IP Litigation Group and a member of its Patent Litigation Practice. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, with particular emphasis on patents related to electrical and computer systems, semiconductor devices and the financial service industry, including computerized financial instrument trading systems, network switching devices, loan application systems, digital content devices and systems, and medical devices. He also represents clients in post grant proceedings before the USPTO’s Patent Trial & Appeal Board (PTAB) and at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
Before joining Goodwin Procter, Mr. DeVincenzo was General Counsel and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel for Evident Technologies, a Troy, New York-based semiconductor nanomaterial material and application development company.
