Mike practices in the area of public finance, acting as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel and disclosure counsel for local government and private activity financing. He has experience with both general obligation and revenue bond financings for cities, counties, municipal water and sewer systems, universities and municipal gas utilities. Mike also has experience with tax exempt and taxable securities financings for charter schools, school districts, health care facilities, and single- and multi-family housing projects.
