Michael Escue is a partner in the Firm’s Financial Services Group. His practice focuses primarily in the areas of banking regulation and supervision.

He advises numerous U.S. and non-U.S. banks and other financial institutions regarding U.S. banking laws and regulations, including those related to investments, activities and mergers and acquisitions; initial entry into the United States by non-U.S. banks; affiliate transactions; enforcement matters; and Federal Reserve regulatory reporting.
