Kristen Ward Broz is an associate attorney in Constantine Cannon’s Washington D.C. office. Ms. Broz’s practice focuses on civil antitrust, commercial, whistleblower, and complex litigation. Ms. Broz has extensive experience representing clients through all stages of litigation, from preliminary investigations through discovery, motion practice, trial, settlement, and appeal. Ms. Broz was selected as a Washington D.C. Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2015, 2016, and 2017.

Ms. Broz currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Capitol Technology University, where she teaches legal and business concepts regarding cybersecurity. Ms. Broz has also served as a Lecturer at the University of Virginia. Passionate about animal rights and welfare, Ms. Broz is Treasurer of the Board of Directors of WildlifeSOS, a nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing abused animals in India.

Ms. Broz graduated cum laude from The George Washington University Law School in 2011, and is a 2006 graduate of The University of Virginia, where she received her B.A. in History and English. During law school, Ms. Broz was a member of The George Washington International Law Review, Moot Court Board, Mock Trial Board, Alternative Dispute Resolution Board and received the Judge Albert H. Grenadier Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy. She also worked as a research assistant for Professors Sonia Suter and Jerome Barron.

Prior to joining Constantine Cannon, Ms. Broz was an associate attorney at Hausfeld LLP, where her practice emphasized complex class action and mass tort litigation. While there, Ms. Broz represented a class of South Africans who suffered human rights abuses during the apartheid regime.

Ms. Broz lives in Falls Church, VA with her husband, Chris. In her free time, Ms. Broz enjoys singing, practicing yoga, and spending time with her dog, Winston.
