Michele Kim
is an associate in the Financial Restructuring Practice Group in King & Spalding’s Atlanta office. Ms. Kim represents a broad range of clients in financial restructuring and insolvency matters. She also has experience with matters relating to regulatory compliance, state foreclosure laws, secured lending, and consumer protection.
Ms. Kim is a graduate of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, where she earned a BBA in International Business. She obtained her law degree, with honors, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kim served as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony A. Alaimo, U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of Georgia and the Honorable John S. Dalis, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Georgia.
