Michelle L. Levin is a partner in Steptoe's New York office, where she is a member of the Litigation Department. Ms. Levin’s practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, regulatory enforcement proceedings and internal investigations, and includes complex federal and state civil litigation.

Ms. Levin provides legal counsel to individuals and companies in matters brought by the Department of Justice, various US Attorneys’ Offices, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, involving allegations of securities and accounting fraud, insider trading, violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), healthcare fraud, and obstruction of justice.
