Michelle LC Carpenter

Michelle Carpenter is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins’ Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation. Ms. Carpenter’s experience includes establishing compensation arrangements for company executives and dealing with employee benefit and compensation aspects of initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and financings.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Carpenter served as an extern for Judge Gary Allen Feess in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
