Michelle Conde

is a member of the Energy and Infrastructure Group, with a practice focusing on energy and infrastructure project development and acquisition, including project development arrangements, early development oversight, power purchase agreements, EPC and equipment supply agreements (including warranty packages), project financing, and project sale and acquisition agreements.

Over the past decade, Ms. Conde has been active in renewable energy development, encompassing wind energy projects in the United States, Europe and Asia, utility-scale solar energy projects in the United States and the formation and investment activities of energy investment funds. Ms. Conde has also represented a wide range of clients in general corporate law, private equity, restructuring, share and asset purchases, structured financing, bank finance and leasing.
