Michelle Grant is a Partner in the Trial Group. Ms. Grant primarily focuses her practice on securities litigation and enforcement, shareholder derivative litigation, FINRA arbitrations, health care litigation, and regulatory actions involving the Minnesota Attorney General. She also has substantial experience representing companies in complex contract matters, business torts and convenant not-to-compete disputes.

Ms. Grant is actively involved in pro bono work, devoting time and effort to the Children's Law Center of Minnesota and an expungement clinic in partnership with Xcel Energy. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Minnesota Women Lawyers.
