Michelle Sadowsky practices primarily in the area of product liability litigation, with an emphasis on pharmaceuticals.

Michelle is experienced in the management of large-scale litigation, specifically the management and coordination of product liability litigation matters. In particular, she has managed the multimillion-dollar budget for one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world, served as liaison counsel for local counsel across the country, coordinated the settlement of thousands of personal injury cases and negotiated individual settlements. Michelle's most recent product liability engagements include involvement on the National Counsel teams in litigation involving popular anti-inflammatory medications and diet drugs.

Michelle also has significant experience in e-discovery issues. She has coordinated and supervised various aspects of document review and production on behalf of a major pharmaceutical company defending against nationwide product liability cases. She has also worked on the coordination and implementation of e-discovery and document production protocols in DOJ and State Attorneys General investigations for the largest manufacturer and distributor of packaged ice products in the US.
