Min S. Suh

Min focuses her practice on employment-based immigration law and represents and advises clients from a variety of industries including information technology, higher education, banking, manufacturing, healthcare and nonprofits. She represents international companies on their immigration issues during acquisitions, mergers, global relocations and downsizings. Min provides strategic advice related to global immigration policies and best practices. She assists companies in developing “best practices” programs in I-9 Compliance and Verification, and has extensive experience in worksite enforcement. Min has significant experience in handling government investigations including on-site audits, depositions and appellate litigation.

Min is cognizant that the value of a strong visa program results in increased employee morale and allows her clients to maintain a competitive edge in the market for global talent. For more than 20 years, Min has partnered with her clients to attract and retain superior talent regardless of nationality. In representing international companies, Min coordinates the firm’s multi-disciplinary practice, including employment and labor, tax counseling, employee benefits and any other related matters to address ancillary issues in the global mobilization of personnel.

As a former legislative assistant to a national government relations firm, Min actively engages government agencies and representatives on legislative and regulatory issues.
