Ming M. Zhu

Ming Zhu is an associate in Latham & Watkins’ Silicon Valley office, where she is a member of the Litigation Department and the Securities Litigation & Professional Liability Practice.

Ms. Zhu’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including securities litigation, contract disputes and internal investigations.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Zhu completed a judicial clerkship for the honorable Harry T. Edwards at the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and served as a Litigation Fellow with the Boston Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice.

Ms. Zhu is a graduate of Harvard Law School, where she served as an editor of the Harvard Law Review and was the recipient of the Dean’s Award for Community Leadership.
