Sowinski is a 2014 Chesterfield Smith Fellow and a member of Holland & Knight’s Community Services Team. As a Chesterfield Smith Fellow, Ms. Sowinski devotes her entire practice to pro bono matters, focusing on public-private partnerships, infrastructure finance, and corporate and real estate transactions.
Prior to becoming a Chesterfield Smith Fellow, Ms. Sowinski was an associate in the Public Companies and Securities Practice of Holland & Knight’s Business Law Group and a member of the firm's Florida Land Use Team. Ms. Sowinski has experience in mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international business and financing transactions, corporate governance, federal and state securities laws matters, and local land and economic development matters.
