Misty L. Pless’ practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. She has represented corporations in breach of contract, business torts, real estate, construction, and employment disputes. Misty has also represented corporations in disputes relating to insurance coverage for property damage, third party liability, and directors and officers. She has served as trial counsel and appellate counsel in numerous tort, breach of contract and construction cases.

Misty’s recent representations include representing a major chemical supplier in a breach of contract action regarding a long-term agreement for the supply of a key raw material, a bulk storage terminal in a dispute regarding the timeliness of construction of tanks and its impact on a long-term lease agreement and a large natural gas company in tort cases involving fires at a natural gas processing plant in West Texas. She also represents a large natural gas supplier in recovering insurance proceeds relating to former manufactured gas plants across the country.

In addition, Misty has handled a number of matters involving toxic torts and products liability.
