Mitch has a diverse litigation practice representing clients in a wide array of matters in state and federal courts, including transportation litigation, environmental nuisance litigation, mass asbestos litigation, intentional torts, and fraud and civil RICO litigation. He also serves as punitive damages counsel to a major transportation company. In that role he has helped defend numerous high-exposure wrongful death and traumatic injury cases, with a particular focus on constitutional due process issues and corporate conduct defense at the pretrial, trial, and post-trial stages.
