Mollie Miller (Mollie Kathleen Nokes) has practiced Workers Compensation Defense throughout Northern California since 2010. She has successfully represented clients at every stage of litigation, including trials, expedited hearings, and expert depositions. Ms. Miller’s past experience includes representation of employers in Labor Code Section 132a discrimination and serious and willful cases.
