Molly Jones represents businesses with some emphasis on consumer products. Her litigation practice has traditionally involved the representation of product manufacturers in product liability and commercial matters. Ms. Jones has been a member of national and regional defense teams involving a variety of products from tires, auto-transport trailers, automobiles, child car seats, and rental trailers, to pharmaceuticals. She has been a valuable member of jury-trial teams for several clients in both federal and state court (including substantial second-chair experience). Ms. Jones has also assisted business clients with respect to product warranties, product instructions and warnings, supplier agreements (with emphasis on indemnification and risk-shifting mechanisms) and other commercial matters.
