Monica Kohles practices in the commercial litigation area. Her practice focuses on the representation of banking institutions, mortgage originators, servicers, trustees, and investors in connection with consumer real estate loans, lender liability, and residential foreclosure.
She graduated from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was Events Chair of the Public Interest Law Foundation, a member of the Hale Moot Court Honors program, and a grader for the Real Estate Law and Business class. During law school, Ms. Kohles worked as an extern at the Los Angeles Superior Court. She was also a summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Prior to law school, Ms. Kohles was an honors graduate from University of California, Los Angeles and a Coro Fellow.
