Morton Grosz has acted as transaction counsel to domestic and foreign corporate clients and investment funds in various mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other corporate transactions. He has also worked on numerous leveraged buy-outs, corporate restructurings and work-outs, as well as financing arrangements involving publicly-held and private companies. Mr. Grosz has acted as counsel to organizers of investment funds and to investors in investment funds, and has also represented various companies in connection with venture capital investments and the issuance of securities for both acquisition and capital-raising purposes.
