In recent years, working predominantly in most aspects of real estate, representing borrowers, financial institutions and lenders in closings transactions of sales, purchases and refinancing of both residential and commercial properties; draft, review purchase and sales contracts; serve as court-appointed Committee for Sale in foreclosure matters; representation before Zoning Board.

For over twenty years, have carried out traditional legal duties of drafting motions, Pleadings; contracts; writing and analyzing reports and memoranda; legal research; providing legal and advisory opinions; representing clients in most substantive areas of law such as immigration hearings and administrative reviews; probate and civil matters; court representation and filings. Other skills include filing, reception, client interview, supervisory and human resources tasks.

Acquired extensive international experience assisting organizations, governments and private businesses in the Central African Sub region establish appropriate legal and regulatory frameworks for investments and democratic governance; participated in project analysis and appraisals, trade and foreign investment operations; organized exchange contacts and negotiations among business persons; drafted legal documentation, including counseling on privatization and financial sector reform and development of the private sector.
