Myles D. Berman is the managing partner of Foley’s Chicago Office and a public policy lawyer. He has 30 years of experience in corporate, real estate and financial transactions, and regularly represents clients before federal, state and local governments and agencies. Mr. Berman is co-chair of the firm’s national Government & Public Policy Practice and is a member of the Environmental Regulation Practice and the Energy Industry Team. He is also a director of the firm’s Federal Political Action Committee.

Before joining Foley in 2003, Mr. Berman was group head of Altheimer & Gray's Government Department, where he co-chaired the firm's Government Affairs/Public Affairs practice and chaired the firm's Environmental Law practice.

Mr. Berman has also served as an arbitrator on the Dalkon Shield National Panel of Arbitration and as a mediator on the Piper Aviation Irrevocable Trust Panel of Mediators. He has also arbitrated matters for the American Arbitration Association.
