Myra Sutanto Shen works in the Palo Alto office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where she is an associate in the tax practice. Myra represents public and private companies in connection with federal income tax planning for a variety of corporate transactions in domestic and cross-border settings, including corporate formations, financings and restructurings, equity offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

During law school, Myra worked for the Bluhm Legal Clinic's Investor Protection Center, where she represented low-income investors in their disputes with broker-dealers.
