Ms. Bandukda is an associate in the Labor & Employment department in the New York office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP. Ms. Bandukda joined the firm initially as part of the Labor & Employment Department’s Fellowship program, an innovative training-focused program for law students and recent graduates with an affinity for labor and employment law.
Nadia has worked as in-house Law Clerk in the Labor & Employment Department for a Fortune 50 and 500 company where she researched and drafted memoranda for case strategy and brief preparation regarding wrongful termination, sex discrimination, wage & hour, and accommodations. She was also responsible for drafting company-wide Legal Alerts by researching new and amended federal and state laws, and its impact. She assisted attorneys in preparing for mediation, and assisted in employment law training sessions to various HR teams in the company. She has helped draft various company policies such as, health and wellness topics, social media policy, hiring and termination, and equal employment opportunity and affirmative action. She has assisted in creating presentations for attorneys to present to company managers regarding discrimination law and the National Labor Relations Act.
