Nancy Brownstein is an experienced litigator, specializing in insurance coverage disputes. For more than three decades, she has represented clients in all facets of litigation, including litigation management, pre-suit risk assessment, and negotiation and settlement of complex multi-million-dollar matters. She was formerly Senior Counsel at The Travelers Indemnity Company, where she was responsible for evaluating insurance coverage matters and advising and resolving claims in litigation as well as alternative dispute forums.
