Natalie A. Williams

Natalie Williams' practice includes a wide range of litigation matters with an emphasis on securities litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and SEC enforcement. She has represented clients in matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, allegations of racketeering and RICO violations, 10b-5 prosecutions, and shareholder derivative suits, among others. Natalie also has been actively involved in a broad range of criminal investigation and civil litigation matters in state and federal courts. Her experience covers all stages of litigation, including factual investigation, discovery management, witness preparation, motions practice, and trial preparation.

Natalie is active in the Atlanta community. She serves on the Artemis Board for the Fernbank Museum of Natural History and the Leadership Council for The Posse Foundation, Inc. She is also a committee member for the Leadership Institute for Women of Color Attorneys (LIWOCA) and is a member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys.
