Natasha is counsel in the tax department. Natasha’s practice focuses on advising clients with respect to their investments in real estate, and private, hedge and real estate funds. She has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating investments in real estate joint ventures involving partnerships and REITs, and private, hedge and real estate funds, on behalf of various types of investors, including non-U.S. and tax-exempt investors and high net worth individuals. Natasha also works regularly with domestic and non-U.S. fund sponsors in connection with the formation and operation of private equity funds, hedge funds, real estate funds, and fund-of-funds.
