Nathan D. Sawyer

Nathan Sawyer is a counsel in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Mr. Sawyer regularly represents a broad range of U.S. and multinational clients in various strategic transactions, including public and private mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, exchange offers, tender offers, cross-border transactions, takeover defense strategies, proxy contests, joint ventures, PIPEs transactions and venture capital financings. He also regularly represents financial advisors in various transactions. Mr. Sawyer joined the firm in 2002 and was based in the London office from 2002 through 2004.
