Nathan Boyce is a member of the Transactions Group, Corporate Finance and Securities Group, the Technology, Entrepreneurial and Commercial Practice Group and the Tax Exempt & Charitable Planning Team. Mr. Boyce regularly represents public and private company clients in connection with a variety of corporate transactional matters. His practice includes advising clients on transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as advising on governance, formation, contractual and general business matters.

His practice also includes structuring and negotiating commercial contracts, including software, trademark, license, supply, distributor, consulting, employment, confidentiality, reseller and master services agreements.

Mr. Boyce also has extensive experience forming and advising organizations that are exempt under various subsections of Section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue code on matters such as joint ventures, fundraising, commercial co-ventures and unrelated business income.
